Axel and Harry, the founders and principles of Innovision Global bring a combined 50+ years of training, coaching, leading and business building experience.
As an organization, Innovision Global is unique in many ways, not to mention that their leaders both have military backgrounds; Axel as a fighter pilot for the German and US Air Forces and Harry as a Criminal Investigator for the US Army. Both are Certified Master Coaches and Master Trainers. Both believe that one must develop both personally and professionally. Both are authors.
And both believe that integrity, fairness, empowerment, creativity, compassion, accountability, passion, responsibility, discipline, innovation, vision and selfless service are the core elements that every person, organization and/or company should aspire to.
