Coaching as a Leadership SkillA core course of the Innovision Global Certified Leadership Practitioner Program

Length: 2 days/16 hours of classroom training. If seeking the Certified Leadership Practioner designation, the workshop is followed by mentored practice period of 15 hours with at least 3 people for 5 hours each. All participants receive a certification of completion for the 16 hour course.

Materials: A hard copy binder with training materials for each participant in training location, follow-up forms and tools during practice period

Follow-Up Monitoring : Mandatory, supervised practice period as part of course to receive full certification, No-Charge MVP lifetime follow up program. Attendees may contact instructor for topic relevant questions by email or phone for life.

This interactive, informative and engaging two day seminar is specifically designed for supervisors, manager, young leaders and executives who have realized that a good leader also needs to be a coach for those he/she leads. The “Leaders as Coaches” workshop offers training to learn how to coach followed by a mentored practice period, after which participants can then continue on in completing the program requirements to receive full certification.
